This Privacy Policy explains how Estate Flows ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website and services at https://estateflows.app.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and property listing details when you create an account, list a property, or submit an inquiry. We also collect information automatically, including IP address, browser type, and usage data through cookies and similar technologies.
We use your personal information to: provide and maintain the service; process property listings, inquiries, offers, and appointments; communicate with you about your account and listings; send notifications about inquiries, messages, and appointment reminders; process subscription payments; verify agent and seller identities; and improve our platform.
Property listing information you submit (photos, descriptions, pricing, location) is displayed publicly so other users can discover and contact you about listings. Your direct contact details (email, phone) are shared only with users who submit inquiries or offers on your listings, and with our administrative team.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (payment processors, email delivery, cloud hosting), all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
To exercise your privacy rights, including access, correction, or deletion of your data, contact us at Info@estateflows.app.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Estate Flows at https://estateflows.app. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Estate Flows is a marketplace platform that connects property owners and agents with buyers and renters. We facilitate listings, inquiries, and communication but are not a party to any real estate transaction between users.
To list properties, agents and sellers must hold an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed annually at $99.00/year and grant the right to publish listings on the platform. A 7-day free trial is available before the first charge. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit, including property details, pricing, and availability. You must have the legal right to list any property you publish and must not misrepresent material facts.
Users may submit inquiries, offers, and appointment requests through the platform. All communication between users must be lawful and respectful. Harassment, fraud, or misuse of the messaging system may result in account termination.
A commission may apply when a listed property is sold or rented through the platform. Commission rates and payment terms are communicated to listing agents upon approval of a removal request. Commission invoices are payable by their due date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
For questions about these Terms, contact us at Info@estateflows.app.
Estate Flows is committed to protecting the personal data of users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with data protection laws. This overview summarizes your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Lawful basis for processing: We process personal data based on contract performance (providing the service you requested), legitimate interests (platform security and improvement), consent (optional communications), and legal obligation (record retention).
Your rights include: the right to access your personal data; the right to rectify inaccurate data; the right to erase your data (right to be forgotten); the right to restrict processing; the right to data portability; the right to object to processing; and rights related to automated decision-making.
Data retention: We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, including legal compliance. Account data is retained while your account is active; listing data is retained per platform policy after removal.
International transfers: Your data may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction. We ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, are in place for any such transfers.
Data Protection Officer / contact: To exercise your rights or raise a concern, contact us at Info@estateflows.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Estate Flows implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data and the integrity of the platform.
Authentication: User accounts are protected by the platform's authentication system, which manages password hashing, session tokens, and email verification. We never store passwords in plain text.
Access control: Row-level security restricts which users can read, create, update, or delete records. Users can only access their own listings, inquiries, messages, and appointments. Administrative functions are restricted to verified admin roles.
Data encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Sensitive documents such as identity verification submissions are stored in private storage with time-limited signed URLs, never as publicly accessible files.
Payment security: Subscription and commission payments are processed by certified payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). We never store full card numbers on our servers; payment tokens are handled by the provider.
Verification: Agent and seller identity documents are reviewed by our administrative team before verification badges are granted. Business licenses are stored privately and accessible only to authorized reviewers.
Audit logging: Significant platform actions (identity submissions, license uploads, property listings) are logged for security and compliance review.
Incident response: We monitor for security incidents and will notify affected users in accordance with applicable legal requirements if a data breach occurs.
